The Precisions Products Group specializes in DGPS integrated receivers and OEM Modules that use our patented Crescent receiver technology.Our GPS Precision products address a wide variety of location-based requirements, including hydrographic surveying, navigation, GIS data collection and mapping, marine dredging, machine control, and other applications that require reliable real-time sub-meter positioning.

 

The Precision Products Group also markets our patented Crescent receiver technology for OEM applications. Crescent technology is available in a variety of OEM configurations for a wide variety of demanding applications. Our Precision GPS Guidance Group specializes in creating DGPS integrated receivers, GPS compass, antennas and OEM Modules that are used in a variety of applications, both on land and in the water.

MBX-4

 

Provide a reliable source of free differential corrections with the MBX-4™ Differential Beacon Receiver that augments a separate GPS receiver with free accuracy improving correction data from networks of beacon stations located throughout the world. With automatic dual-channel tracking, the MBX-4 ensures the best beacon station is always being decoded. Beacon stations are automatically tracked based on signal strength or station distance and can also be manually selected.

Hemisphere GPS’ MBX-4 has been optimized for high performance reception and proves reliable even in noisy environments. It outputs the industry standard RTCM SC-104 format accepted by differential-ready GPS receivers and can be configured and monitored with NMEA 0183 protocol. R131 DGPS

The R131 provides new and convenient physical advantages, including a new design with a rack mountable enclosure, front facing display, 1PPS output via an SMA connector, and a new soft power switch in lieu of the traditional mechanical power switch. The soft switch allows for ease of use when turning the R131 on/off, when the R131 is rack mounted. In addition to the new features, a new metal power connector has been added to provide a durable connection.

 

The R131 offers many differential correction options such as SBAS, OmniSTAR®, radio-beacon, and e-Dif® for various environments and worldwide coverage. It is also RTK upgradable. VS101 & VS111 GPS Compass

 

Precise applications demand the heading and positioning performance of the VS101™ series GPS compass. Ideal for professional machine control and navigation applications, the VS101 and VS111™ delivers reliable accuracy at significantly less cost than competitors' products or traditional methods. Crescent OEM Board

 

Hemisphere GPS has incorporated Crescent® receiver technology into its own product lines and has made it available to OEMs and integrators for use in their product lines. The Crescent OEM GPS module enables higher update rates, noise-reduced raw measurements, more memory and higher processor capability, to enable more advanced applications and sophisticated configurations.

 

It also enables the use of multiple front ends to achieve tighter coupling of measurements from separate antennae for use with heading-based products. Module users will obtain excellent accuracy and stability, due to Crescent receiver technology's more accurate code phase measurements, multipath mitigation improvements, and fewer discrete receiver components.

LV101 GPS Compass OEM Board

 

Experience superb navigation or antenna alignment from the accurate heading and position available with the LV101™ GPS compass OEM board. The LV101 integrates two GPS antennas, a NMEA 2000 communications processor, a single axis gyro, tilt sensors and a power supply into a single system. The dual antennas allow for ease of integration into your application and provide for precise heading and GPS sub-meter position accuracy even while sitting stationary. The gyro and tilt sensor improve system performance and provide backup heading information if the GPS-based heading is ever lost. LX-1 L-Band Option Board

 

Improve GPS positioning accuracy by adding differential capability with Hemisphere GPS' LX-1™ OEM Board. Coupled with Hemisphere GPS's exclusive OEM Board, the LX-1 receives OmniSTAR® differential signals that improve positioning to less than a meter. OmniSTAR broadcasts via satellite differential signal corrections covering most land areas worldwide. It is an ideal alternative or back up to other differential sources such as SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, etc.) and radiobeacon especially in regions where those signals are difficult or impossible to track.

 

The LX-1 automatically tracks the best differential satellite broadcast if more than one is available in a particular region or tracks a specific satellite manually set by the user.

Built as the world's smallest dual-frequency GNSS receiver board, miniEclipse™ by Hemisphere GPS offers integrators unprecedented performance for applications where size and space are critical. Measuring 41 millimeters by 71 millimeters in size, the low power consumption and simple on-board firmware of miniEclipse make it an ideal solution, offering scalability and expandability from L1 GPS with SBAS to L1/L2 GPS with RTK.

DGPS and SBAS with COAST
Patented COAST software enables select Hemisphere GPS receivers to utilize previous DGPS correction data during times of interference, signal blockage and weak signal. The receiver will coast and continue to maintain sub-meter positioning for up to 40 minutes without any DGPS signal.
